Lead Times:
- Most orders are ship around 7 business days of order being placed, and we use Ground shipping through USPS. Upgraded shipping is available for a fee at checkout. The expedited shipping option only ensures that the mail service delivers it quicker, we still need the 7 business days to create and complete your order.
Quality:
- To maintain the highest quality possible, 100% of all our products are hand crafted in our 2400 sq ft studio located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
- We do this because hand stamping takes years to perfect, and quality is the most important aspect to us.
- Nothing gets shipped unless we're happy with the product.
Returns:
In the rare occurrence you'd like to return your item:
- Returns are not accepted for customized bracelets unless it's an error on IF Only Pretty's side. Eg: it's the wrong word stamped, wrong color of bracelet etc...
- Or we send you a new bracelet free of charge and you keep the original one.
